CalMax Construction Celebrates the Successful Handover of 33 New Homes to Hebridean Housing Partnership

CalMax Construction Ltd is proud to announce the successful completion and handover of 33 new homes to Hebridean Housing Partnership (HHP), as part of the first phase of an ambitious 72-home development on the Isle of Lewis. 

Despite challenging weather conditions, our dedicated team delivered these high-quality homes on time, marking a significant milestone in enhancing housing opportunities in the Western Isles. This achievement underscores our commitment to creating sustainable, comfortable, and modern living spaces that meet the needs of local communities. 

Located in Newmarket, Isle of Lewis, this development represents a transformative investment in housing on the Isle of Lewis, providing much-needed homes for families and individuals in the region. The newly completed homes are designed to incorporate energy-efficient features, ensuring long-term benefits for residents and the environment. 

With Phase 1 complete, we are pressing ahead with Phases 2 and 3 of the project, which are progressing well. When finished, the entire development will contribute significantly to addressing housing needs in the Western Isles. 

As Phases 2 and 3 continue at pace, we remain committed to delivering the full development to the highest standards, ensuring it becomes a lasting asset for the people of the Western Isles.
